- Leading leaders by conducting on-site process and value stream analyses with specialists and managers, including exemplary Quick Kaizen implementation workshops

- Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration, or a related field
- Around 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a consulting firm and/or a leading industrial company, with a focus on developing and implementing OpEx projects
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Management methods and experience with Six Sigma, process cost accounting, process performance management, and target costing
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong implementation drive and hands-on attitude
- Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, independent working style and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Leadership qualities and a high degree of initiative
- Embraces a culture of openness and enjoys working in high-performance teams
- Affinity for IT and Industry 4.0
- Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in Spanish
- Willingness to travel to the respective portfolio companies
